Arrow’s™ Documentary Journey
Arrow’s story became a six-year journey of rescue, relationship, advocacy, and legacy.
His documentary short was recognized at the Equus Film Festival in 2021, followed by a featured presentation at the 2022 Colorado Wild Horse Expo and participation in the 2022 Malibu International Film Festival.
The Story Behind the Film
The documentary short was publicly released on December 14, 2023—the anniversary of Arrow’s rescue—and remains available to watch.
The approximately 20-minute film captures only a portion of the extraordinary years Gabriela and Arrow shared and the larger story that developed from their work together.
A Living Part of the Work
The years Gabriela spent working with Arrow contributed to a much larger body of observations about behavior, physiology, relationships, environment, communication, and the conditions that influence outcomes.
Animal work remains one application of the Connected Energy® Method™ today—not as a separate methodology, but as another environment in which the underlying principles of the work can be observed and applied.
